Built around intricate guitar work, relentless rhythms and powerful vocal performances, 'Peace From The Gun' showcases Defocus at their most ambitious. The band effortlessly navigate between technical precision, punishing breakdowns and massive, anthemic passages, creating a sound that is both uncompromisingly heavy and immediately captivating. At its heart lies a hypnotic chorus that demands to be shouted back, deliberately echoing the repetitive nature of political propaganda.
