The surprise release drops just days before the band heads across the Atlantic to kick off the next leg of their A Sonication World Tour in Mexico.

Steffen Kummerer comments: "'The Prolonging' became one of the shortest and fastest tracks we have delivered to date - and quickly turned into a fan favourite during the recent tours supporting our latest album, A Sonication. We are looking forward to bringing 'The Prolonging' back to the stage on our upcoming tours across North America, Europe & the UK. See you on tour — and don't miss out."
