HIGH HOPES

UK fast-rising melodic hardcore quintet HIGH HOPES have announced a North American summer tour with Victory Records label mates CONVEYER beginning 29 June in Fargo, ND. The tour includes an appearance at the Audiofeed Festival in Urbana, IL on 2 July, then heads to Canada for a run across Quebec to British Columbia, before returning to the States for a string of West Coast shows. Support on all dates will come from Prophets.

Since their inception in 2011, Napoleon have become highly revered on the hardcore scene for seamlessly combining abrasive punk attitude with technical virtuosity and inventive hook laden songwriting. In true punk rock style, Napoleon have barely left the road in their time as a band, touring with Being As An Ocean, The Devil Wears Prada, Architects, Comeback Kid, Defeater, The Amity Affliction, and jumping on countless underground DIY tours across Europe.
 
Having honed their skills in the live arena, the resulting sound is truly organic and energetic, setting them leagues apart from the many bedroom projects with players of a similar technical calibre. Undoubtedly BOSS KELOID are one of those bands you’ll listen to and keep repeating – ‘What the F@CK have I just listened to?’ Stoner Sludge? Southern Groove? Progressive Psychedelic  Doom? Without the need to rip their arses open on a pigeonhole, Boss Keloid have simply ticked all the boxes and got on with making music that embodies their no-holds-barred eclecticism. Body swerving trends and transcending sub genres the album boasts 10 huge tracks which wind their way through a myriad of hypnotic low-slung grooves, hulking riffs, captivating hooks and technical bi-polarcore for an experience that is both viscerally discomforting and invigorating.

About Aliases
ALIASES is the brainchild of SikTh guitarist Pin & Leah Woodward with the aim to push creative limits when it comes to songwriting, incorporating catchy, dynamic, emotive, brutal yet approachable metal. Within their first year they had recorded and released their first single “We Never Should Have Met” played their debut gig at Euroblast Festival in Germany, signed to Basick Records and recorded their debut record 'Safer Than Reality' which was released to critical acclaim worldwide in August 2011.

Fast forward through subsequent years and the band have completed numerous tours, showcases, festivals at home and abroad, single and video releases. Along the way completing a line up change with new vocalist, Joe Rosser and drummer Jof Walsh in place for this release.
