PRIDE & GLORY have released a new music video for the track 'Machine Gun Man' along with the brand-new, reissue of the self-titled album today. The video, compiled from live footage during the PRIDE & GLORY years, depicts a young Zakk Wylde honing his distinct sound that becomes the hallmark of Black Label Society.

Before there was Black Label Society, there was PRIDE & GLORY. Known at the time as a Zakk Wylde side project, PRIDE & GLORY and their debut self-titled record would lead to what Berzerkers worldwide now know as Black Label Society. PRIDE & GLORY was Wylde's first self-fronted project, before releasing his first solo album, Book of Shadows, in 1996.

Pride and Glory, now available on an all-new picture disc version, contains five new bonus tracks via a download card. 'The Wizard' (Black Sabbath cover), 'Torn and Tattered,' 'In My Time of Dyin'' (Led Zeppelin cover), 'The Hammer & the Nail,' and 'Come Together' (The Beatles cover).

Electronic/math/post-rock duo AIMING FOR ENRIKE announce new album
Anne Valeur.PNG

Maverick electro/math/post-rock duo AIMING FOR ENRIKE have announced their long-awaited new album, the aptly-named Music For Working Out, due 10th January via Pekula Records.

Pre-order: https://pekula.tigernet.no/artist/15063--aiming-for-enrike

It’s safe to say that AIMING FOR ENRIKE’s fame is mostly thanks to their frenetic, wild and engaging live shows – having toured extensively in USA, India, Japan, Czech Republic, Norway, England and Germany for several years. This year's travels saw the band tour the UK (including the esteemed ArcTanGent Festival), Japan, Europe and the USA, where AIMING FOR ENRIKE played an Audiotree session (released shortly).

The duo are known for experimenting with noisy musical transformations and frenetic sonic attacks, but increasingly are shifting their focus towards the club and dancefloor. The result - more futuristic, funky and increasingly communal music.

Imagine a combination of Battles, Talking Heads, Jon Hopkins, Three Trapped Tigers, The Algorithm and you'll come close to the sounds created by AIMING FOR ENRIKE.

Energy and explosiveness have always been key musical factors for AIMING FOR ENRIKE, and there’s no doubt that the band live entirely in their own universe, where everything revolves around their insane instrumental chemistry and sparks flying between drummer Tobias Ørnes Andersen and guitarist Simen Følstad Nilsen.

Stay tuned for more tour news shortly from this non-stop duo.

ABIGAIL WILLIAMS release new single via Blood Music
Abigail Williams Photo by Tara Dunleavy (2).jpg

US black metal icons ABIGAIL WILLIAMS reveal more of their anticipated fifth record, Walk Beyond the Dark, with new single 'Ever So Bold'.

Premiered via Kerrang!, listen and watch 'Ever So Bold' here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gjy7Xd-mNYw

Black sheep of the Black Metal scene. Outcasts and outsiders since the very beginning. Somehow, ABIGAIL WILLIAMS are still alive, still thriving, still creating, whilst so many of their critics and competitors have fallen by the wayside.

The band return with their boldest and most diverse offering to date: their fifth record, Walk Beyond the Dark, to be released 15th November via Blood Music.

Pre-order the record here: https://www.blood-music.com/store

Equal parts introspection and extremity, Walk Beyond the Dark is a testament to the band’s journey across the years; all the miles they’ve travelled, all the trials endured, all the mud thrown at them, all to keep doing what they love, on their own terms and without compromise.

Throughout all of these storms and tribulations remains band leader and songwriter, vocalist, and mastermind Ken Sorceron. In so many ways, Sorceron himself is ABIGAIL WILLIAMS, its heart, mind, and spirit. Deftly wielding the forces of light and dark in skilled measure. Icy guitars and bleak atmospheres encircle. Rapturous bursts of string accompaniments penetrate the melancholic futility of shadow and despair. Powerful guitars shift between slithering rhythms, contemplative grooves, and all-out assaults.

Songs like visceral opener 'I Will Depart' and the torrential 'Into the Sleep' take aspects and elements from each of the band’s previous iterations – the gleaming metallic riff-work of In The Shadow of a Thousand Suns, the seething rage of In The Absence of Light, the grim grandeur of Becoming, the moody melodic menace of The Accuser – and weave them together into something that’s far more than the mere sum of its parts.

ABIGAIL WILLIAMS will be touring North America with Ensiferum, Kalmah and Aenimus. Dates as follows:

Nov. 14 – Richmond, VA – The Broadberry
Nov. 15 – Reading, PA – Reverb
Nov. 16 – Ottawa, ON – Maverick’s

UNEVEN STRUCTURE release new single 'Everyman' with music video shot at Euroblast Festival
Promo.jpg

French progressive metal pioneers UNEVEN STRUCTURE have released their final pre-release single 'Everyman' from the upcoming album Paragon, with a video recorded live this September at Euroblast Festival in Germany.

Watch 'Everyman' here: https://youtu.be/SYbDbiaTHUk

Paragon, the new full-length and successor of 2017's La Partition, is set to be released on 18th October 2019 as exclusive bundles, limited double vinyl, CD Digipack and digital via Long Branch Records.

Paragon is available for pre-order here: https://UnevenStructure.lnk.to/Paragon

Paragon crystallises an age of newfound maturity for UNEVEN STRUCTURE, a vision clearer than ever, showcasing a need to expose their genuine inner self. With rock solid foundations and a strongly curated team of devoted partners surrounding them, UNEVEN STRUCTURE's forthcoming opus is set to break boundaries and overcome any obstacles that might be thrown along the way, to bring this music to anyone that needs it in their lives.

Hailing from France, one of the biggest emerging markets and breeding stock for bands within the Metal and Progressive Rock scene, UNEVEN STRUCTURE formed in May 2008 from the willing of Benoit Friedrich and Igor Omodei to finally bring the technically enhanced and progressive music they had been working on for themselves, alive. The sound they were aiming to create was a one of a kind merger of groovy polyrhythmic guitar riffs with huge slick of ambient guitar leads, which with no doubt they accomplished.

In December 2009 they released their first EP with the help from singer Daniel Ädel (Vildhjarta). The EP has obtained great feedback through thousands of downloads through the span of a few days, already allowing the band’s name to spread on the internet in January 2010. Later that year, vocalist Matthieu Romarin joined the band, enriching their sound with his unique, both clean and heavy singing.

The band made their first live performances in Europe in 2010 and released the first album Februus in October 2011 via Basick Records, the British label leading the avant-garde and experimental metal market. After releasing Februus, acclaimed by press and audience unanimously, saluting the creativity and technicality, the band made multiple tours and festival appearances through Europe and Russia with Tech Metal and Prog Rock pioneers such as Protest The Hero, Textures, Animals as Leaders and Tesseract. In 2013 the French metallers released a re-recorded version of their debut EP 8, as a gift to their early fans for being supportive and believing in the project. From then the band continued to tour in multiple countries all across Europe from Portugal to Russia. Accounting more than 100 shows since the release of their first album and some highlight gigs performing at Brutal Assault, Euroblast Festival and a full European tour with Protest The Hero.

From 2013 onward, UNEVEN STRUCTURE worked on the follower ofFebruus. This next step, a full concept album called La Partition, released on April 21st 2017 under the guidance of their new label, Long Branch Records. WithinLa Partitionyou can hear and feel the progress the band made sinceFebruus, their sound now being even more complex and perfectly arranged, catchy and experimental. A perfect combination of the hardness of metal with the elaborate techniques of prog and the atmospheric sounds of ambient.

Following this new chapter, UNEVEN STRUCTURE came back touring Europe, playing over 70 shows in 2017 supporting Textures, Twelve Foot Ninja, as a headliner and making several festival appearances such as Resurrection Festival. But instead of pushing the heavy touring schedule any further, they decided to use such a dense amount of learnt lessons and gained wisdom to clear the table, getting right back into the studio to write their newest album, soberly named Paragon, scheduled to be introduced to the world on 18th October 2019, under Long Branch Records. This album crystallises an age of newfound maturity, a vision  clearer than ever, and the need for Uneven Structure to expose its genuine inner self. With rock solid foundations and an iron handedly curated team of devoted partners surrounding the entity, this upcoming opus is set to break the boundaries and overcome any obstacles that might be thrown on the way, only to be brought to everyone that needs this music in their lives.

RISING INSANE release video for new single 'Last Fragments'
shot 1.jpg

RISING INSANE have released a video for their latest single 'Last Fragments'. The track is the second from their forthcoming album Porcelain, which is due for release on 1st November via Long Branch Records.

Check out the video for 'Last Fragments' here: https://youtu.be/0Hjrqy1JKfk

'Last Fragments', and the album Porcelain, are about vocalist Aaron Steineker dealing with grief. After losing his sister to cancer in the summer of 2018, Steineker and his family had to learn to live with their loss, holding onto memories and those close to them.

RISING INSANE deliver a mixture of brutality and fragile sensibility, and the result is an authentic song that Steineker hopes will help others dealing with loss.

Porcelain is available to pre-order in various formats here: https://risinginsane.lnk.to/Porcelain

RISING INSANE deliver music in a dualistic manner: post-hardcore inspired rage is coupled with melancholic overtones, creating a sound that is irresistible to fans of melodic and aggressive modern metal.

A band with hardworking DIY roots, RISING INSANE released debut album Nation in June 2017 which quickly earned them shows with the likes of The Devil Wears Prada, For Today, Stray from the Path and more. The DIY struggle further inspired the band and fuelled their determination, which paid off with them earning a German and Austrian tour with Annisokay at the end of 2018 and a slot at Impericon Festival 2019.

Strengthened by the energy of this ride, they produced and recorded their second album, Porcelain, set for a November 2019 release Via Long Branch Records. Still inspired by self initiative and DIY work ethic, with Porcelain comes the most honest, inspiring and haunting music RISING INSANE have ever written.

RISING INSANE are:

Aaron Steineker - Vocals
Ulf Hedenkamp - Bass
Sven Polizuk - Guitar
Florian Köchy - Guitar
Robert Kühling - Drums
