Recorded live on 5th December 2025, the release forms part of the band’s ambitious Organic Metal: Two Worlds Collide project with internationally renowned pipe organist David Pipe, exploring the creative possibilities that emerge when contemporary alternative metal is combined with the immense acoustic power and resonance of a historic pipe organ.

The band comment: “We’re incredibly excited to finally share Live at Huddersfield Town Hall. This was a truly special night for Plague of Angels, bringing together the raw power of metal with the extraordinary majesty of the venue’s historic pipe organ. The scale, atmosphere and emotion of this performance encapsulate everything we’ve been striving to achieve with our Organic Metal: Two Worlds Collide project. An enormous amount of passion and dedication has gone into capturing, mixing and producing this concert, and we couldn’t be prouder of the result. We can’t wait for audiences around the world to experience what was, for us, an unforgettable evening.”

Live at Huddersfield Town Hall captures Plague of Angels at their most ambitious and immersive, bringing together dark alternative metal, progressive songwriting, orchestration, pipe organ, piano in powerful live performance.

Throughout the concert, the pipe organ becomes an integral part of the musical architecture rather than simply an accompaniment, adding immense depth, resonance and physical presence to the band’s sound. The result is a distinctive fusion of contemporary metal and one of the UK’s most historic musical traditions.

Plague of Angels first turned heads in 2024 with their debut single, 'What Lies Beneath', and becoming the first metal band ever to perform on BBC’s The One Show. Their breathtaking live performance inside a church, complete with pipe organ accompaniment, earned critical acclaim from The Guardian and The Daily Telegraph, whilst solidifying their reputation as pioneers of “organic metal,” blending classical grandeur with contemporary heaviness.

Their follow-up singles ‘Beyond Salvation’ and 'Lazarene' deepened that vision, showcasing a remarkable range of musical and emotional dynamics.

The band made history once again with a sold-out performance at York Minster, one of the UK’s most iconic cathedrals. The monumental show saw their sound rise through the vast gothic arches of the Minster, merging the sacred and the extreme in a spellbinding display of light, sound and emotion. The event drew widespread national media attention, with coverage across BBC Look North, ITV News and BBC Radio 1, 2, 3, 4, and 6, underscoring Plague of Angels’ reputation as one of the most ambitious and visionary forces in contemporary metal.

The concept of Organic Metal was born from guitarist Mark Mynett’s collaboration with Leeds Cathedral organist David Pipe, an experiment that bridged the sacred and the extreme. The project’s success, covered by local, national and international media, laid the foundations for Plague of Angels, a band devoted to exploring beauty, darkness and transcendence in sound.

Plague of Angels are:
Vocals - Emilie Nox (Gravity)
Guitar - Mark Mynett (Kill II This)
Guitar - Oz Wright (Pythia)
Drums - Jeff Singer (Kill II This, Paradise Lost & My Dying Bride)
Bass / Piano - Caroline Campbell (formerly Cradle of Filth)
Guitar - Richard Shaw (formerly Cradle of Filth) - writing member (non-touring)

Kalandra unveil final single 'A Ship Has Left the Shore' ahead of new album release

Norwegian alternative rock band Kalandra have released their final single 'A Ship Has Left the Shore' ahead of their upcoming third album The Other Side on 13th November via By Norse Music.

Watch the video here: https://youtu.be/rtiRqHAaCCo

Stream the single here: https://bfan.link/a-ship-has-left-the-shore

The Other Side is available on black vinyl, limited edition coloured vinyl, digibook and on all digital platforms, pre-order here: https://bynorsestore.com/en/bnm-pre-orders

'A Ship Has Left the Shore' is about losing someone dear to you. Based on an idea by guitarist / keyboardist Jogeir Daae Mæland, and the lyrics were written by Jogeir and vocalist Katrine Stenbekk as a response to the death of a close family friend. The song takes its time to unfold and gradually builds towards its destination, asking the listener to be patient and attentive. There is a quietness to the way it carries its grief, leaving space for the emotions to reveal themselves rather than presenting everything at once.

The band comment: “Much of the album explores what happens as we drift off to sleep - the space between consciousness and dreams, and the worlds we encounter when we let go. A Ship Has Left the Shore takes us somewhere else entirely: to the other side of life, and to the profound question of how we cope with death and the absence of those we love.”

On the new album, Kalandra explore and follow a series of vivid and recurring dreams over the past few years. Vocalist and song writer Katrine Stenbekk, together with band mate Jogeir Daae Mæland, began exploring the world of dream analysis. Keeping a notebook by the bed, they started writing down fragments of dreams the moment they woke. Those scattered images, emotions, and subconscious narratives, became the foundation for a new collection of songs.

Kalandra have recently announced their biggest headliner tour in Europe to date, with special guest singer-songwriter Finnegan Tui from New Zealand. The 2027 tour starts on 26th February in Cologne (DE) and ends 27th March in Amsterdam (NL). A full list of confirmed dates can be found below.

The dream world has inspired many great works of art over the centuries. The phantasmagorical terrain inhabited by Lewis Carroll, Salvador Dali and David Lynch is where we now find Scandinavian alt-prog-folk artisans Kalandra, whose elegant blend of Nordic pop savvy and dark atmospheric rock has been a developing sensation for 15 years. Formed while the core members were studying at Paul McCartney's Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts, their remarkably assured 2020 debut album The Line - over 54 million streams and counting - was followed by 2022's immersive video game soundtrack Kingdom Two Crowns: Norse Lands. In 2024, their captivatingly majestic A Frame Of Mind album powerfully affirmed Kalandra's ascendancy - as did their sold-out headline show at Oslo's 1300-capacity Rockefeller venue earlier this year. Their proven genius for weaving ethereal melodies into raw and eerie musical landscapes makes them a perfect fit for a concept album about dreaming, as we are presented with on The Other Side.

Determining the theme before writing began, the band started 'dream journalling': jotting down their nocturnal visions and working them into songs. "It's been very helpful to write down my dreams," affirms singer Katrine. "It definitely affected how I wrote lyrics. I would love to do this again, have some sort of loose concept, it brings the record together."

"Knowing the theme was dreaming was helpful to me musically too," adds guitarist Florian. "We could have these dreamy effects in there. I feel most of the songs have nightmarish or dreamy parts, one way or another. There are still a lot of different themes here though, there's folklore, current events, introspective stuff, life and death... Everything can fit into dreams lyrically speaking, it's just life, it's all-encompassing."

Kalandra have long since settled into their own versatile musical identity, embracing effective contrasts between shimmering joy and aching melancholy, sounding atavistically ancient but stylishly contemporary, otherworldly but firmly rooted in woodland soil. Kalandra's open-minded, open-hearted signature sound may take in several reference points, but it remains impervious to easy categorisation. Freely cited inspirations on The Other Side's heavy guitar quotient include Alice In Chains and Bring Me The Horizon, while neoclassical legends Dead Can Dance, Norwegian electro-alt-rockers Pyke and Oslo 'doomgaze' unit Leonov also made their mark on Kalandra's creative psyche. Even so, this is a band that will always obey their own singular muse:

"To me it's about trying to write something I haven't heard before," says Florian. "That's not to say it hasn't been done! But if I haven't heard it before, then it piques my interest."

Survivalist announce new EP; stream first single 'Infinity'

Irish metal crossover outfit Survivalist confront grief head on with ‘Infinity’, the first single from their forthcoming EP Four Nails, due for release on 13th November via Seek and Strike. Drawing on deeply personal experiences of cancer, loss and recovery the track channels pain into something powerful,  a reminder that even in our darkest moments, hope remains.

Watch the video for 'Infinity' here: https://youtu.be/1Fhs2JOcAJE

Commenting on the single, Survivalist said: "'Infinity' explores the anger and grief surrounding cancer, drawing from guitarist Nick’s brother’s battle and recovery, and my own experience having lost a brother to cancer. Ultimately, it’s a message of hope, resilience and reminding people that there is always light beyond the darkest moments."

That combination of uncompromising heaviness and emotional honesty runs throughout Four Nails, which finds the four-piece reconnecting with the heavier influences that shaped them growing up. Following their January 2026 album A Place for Those Who Suffer, Alone, the EP represents a more direct reflection of the band as they are today. With a more streamlined and natural writing process, Survivalist have embraced a more aggressive edge while retaining the sense of hope at the heart of their music.

Across four tracks, deathcore and metalcore collide with groove-driven riffs, crushing breakdowns and two-step passages, with songs exploring mental and physical health, the state of the world and historical figures. Written with the live environment in mind, the material is built for the pit as much as personal reflection, balancing cathartic aggression with themes that reward a closer listen.

“Most importantly, these four tracks feel like a true reflection of the band we’ve become,” the band explain. “If you’re into heavy music, there’s something here for you.”

Formed in Belfast, Ireland, Survivalist blend metalcore, deathcore and groove metal into their self-described ‘groovecore’ sound. Since their 2021 debut album VII, the band have steadily built their reputation through intense live performances and emotionally charged songwriting, sharing stages with Thy Art Is Murder, Chelsea Grin, Polaris, Suffocation, Atreyu, Kublai Khan, Party Cannon, Heriot and Distant, among others. Their latest full-length, A Place for Those Who Suffer, Alone, further explored isolation, anxiety and self-worth, earning coverage from outlets including Metal Hammer, Kerrang!, Metal Injection, Clash, Notion Magazine and Lambgoat.

For Survivalist, music is ultimately about turning personal struggles and trauma into something positive that others can connect with. They make no claim to have all the answers; instead, they offer an honest acknowledgement of the fears and hardships we share, creating music that provides both escapism and a reminder to keep moving forward. With Four Nails, that message arrives with renewed force and ‘Infinity’ sets the tone with a powerful reminder that even when life takes us to our darkest places, there is still light to be found.

Visionary Faroese artist Eivør celebrates album release with new video

Visionary Faroese artist Eivør today releases her stunning new album Tungl (16th October, Nuclear Blast Records).

To mark the occasion, you can now watch the new video for focus track 'Og Mánin Græt / And The Moon Cried' here: https://youtu.be/9jGz1RuPOos

Eivør comments: "The song is about a faint memory that still lingers, almost like a dream.

"I remember looking up at the moon in the dark sky when I was little, wondering why it always looked so sad. I would imagine all sorts of reasons, and my imagination would just wander off.

"The music video for this track was created by the incredible
Gwenaël Akira. I just love how he understands my music in such a visual way and how he manages to capture the raw emotions, nature and a distorted dream like reality that captures the essence of this song beautifully."

Gwenaël Akira states: "Eivør calls this song a faint memory that lingers, like a dream. To me, memory is water. It's always falling, though only sometimes seen.

"Making this with
Eivør was a true exchange. She listens and challenges, and every idea came back to me deeper than I sent it. We built the film together, as you would a song."

Get Tungl here: https://eivor.bfan.link/tungl

Tungl is available in the following formats:

  • CD Jewelcase

  • Digipack - Artist Exclusive

  • 1LP gatefold (crystal clear vinyl)

  • 1LP gatefold (white & black marbled vinyl) - Nuclear Blast & Independent Stores

  • 1LP gatefold (transparent & black marbled vinyl) + 7" bonus vinyl - Artist Exclusive

Whether you’re already embedded into Eivør’s ever-expanding world or yet to fall under its spell, Tungl is a far-reaching journey of discovery.

Tungl – a Faroese word for ‘moon’ – sees Eivør reach further into elemental realms than ever before. Immersive, unmoored and steeped in a sense of time-stretched drama where familiar marker points give way as an inner compass emerges over its 10 searching tracks, it’s an album also in tune with a very contemporary need for navigation, self-belief and rejuvenation in the most uncertain of times.

Eivør has spent the summer performing across Europe, presenting a select number of headline concerts and appearing at leading festivals including Paléo Festival, Brutal Assault, ArcTanGent and Summer Breeze.

To celebrate the release of Tungl, Eivør will present three special album release concerts this October. Eivør will be playing two consecutive nights at Nordic House in Tórshavn, Faroe Islands, today 16th and tomorrow 17th October, before she returns to Harpa's Eldborg Hall in Reykjavík, Iceland, on 23rd October for a unique performance featuring special guest musicians in one of the Nordic region's most iconic concert halls. These intimate events will offer audiences a rare opportunity to experience Tungl performed in a special setting before Eivør embarks on her extensive international tour.

Eivør will also be undertaking an extensive headline tour across North America later this month, and across Europe and the UK into 2027.

For over two decades, Faroese artist Eivør has been regarded as one of the most bewitching and fearless voices to have emerged from the Nordic music scene. Ranging across rock, pop noir, jazz and folk to electronica over the course of 11 solo albums, various collaborations, live albums and soundtrack work including The Last Kingdom, God of War and God of War Ragnarök, her musical path has revealed both a restless, explorative spirit and a singer deeply connected to her Faroese roots, earning her the Nordic Council Music Prize along the way.

It’s testament to the singular yet universal nature of her music that her fanbase has grown to include metalheads and the Norse pagan folk scene – for whom her startling voice, hide drum and throat-chant incantation, Trøllabundin, has become an unofficial anthem – as well as the mainstream, all instinctively understanding that music coming from a place of true authenticity knows no boundaries.

If Eivør’s last album, Enn, marked the beginning of a darker, more atmospheric phase, her forthcoming release, Tungl – the Faroese word for ‘moon’ – and her first for the powerhouse German metal label Nuclear Blast, sees her reach further into elemental realms than ever before. Immersive, unmoored and steeped in a sense of time-stretched drama where familiar marker points give way as an inner compass emerges over its 10 searching tracks, it’s an album also in tune with a very contemporary need for navigation, self-belief and rejuvenation in the most uncertain of times.

As Eivør herself says:

“Tungl explores the ever-changing cycles of life – its songs move between moments of tenderness and heartache, love and loss, and the emotional tides that shape us. Like the moon that inspired its title, Tungl serves as a gentle guide through life’s darker passages, illuminating the beauty, resilience, and transformation found along the way.”

Sable Hills release explosive new single 'Labyrinth' ahead of upcoming album 'Homura'

Japanese metalcore powerhouse Sable Hills return with their explosive new single 'Labyrinth', the final single to be released ahead of their highly anticipated new album Homura, arriving 13th November 2026 via Arising Empire.

Pre-order the album and stream 'Labyrinth' here: https://arisingempire.com/sablehills

Delivering a thrilling combination of old-school metalcore influences and cutting-edge modern heaviness, the track showcases the band's ability to breathe new life into the genre's classic sound while pushing their own musical identity forward.

Drawing inspiration from the golden era of melodic metalcore, 'Labyrinth' wastes no time unleashing a barrage of fast-paced, rhythmically driven riffs, soaring twin-guitar harmonies and crushing breakdowns built for pure headbanging mayhem. The song seamlessly shifts between aggressive, high-speed passages and powerful melodic moments, culminating in an epic, anthemic chorus that brings an entirely new dimension to the band's signature intensity. Combining technical precision with infectious hooks and an unmistakable sense of urgency, Sable Hills deliver a track that feels both nostalgic and refreshingly contemporary.

Lyrically, 'Labyrinth' explores the experience of losing direction and finding your way back by reconnecting with your roots. Reflecting on the past, breaking free from repetitive cycles and learning to move forward despite uncertainty, the song carries a message of resilience and self-discovery. Its central theme mirrors the band's musical approach, embracing the foundations of metalcore while forging a path toward the future.

Formed in Tokyo in 2015, Sable Hills have steadily risen to become one of Japan's most prominent metalcore exports. In 2022, the band made history as the first Japanese act to win the prestigious Wacken Open Air Metal Battle, marking a major breakthrough on the international stage. Following their victory and subsequent return to Wacken in 2023, Sable Hills signed with Arising Empire and released their acclaimed third studio album Odyssey in 2024. Beyond their own releases and international live performances, the band have also made a significant contribution to Japan's heavy music scene by establishing their own FRONTLINE FESTIVAL, bringing together exciting acts from the global metalcore community.

With the release of Homura just around the corner, 'Labyrinth' serves as one final statement of intent before the band unveils their next full-length chapter. Fierce, melodic and undeniably anthemic, the single captures everything that makes Sable Hills such an exciting force in modern metalcore, honouring the genre's roots while delivering a sound that is unmistakably their own.

Ice Sealed Eyes deliver atmospheric intensity on 'Liberate'

Belgian modern metal outfit Ice Sealed Eyes return with their powerful new single 'Liberate', delivering an explosive combination of haunting atmospheres, crushing heaviness and raw emotion. Balancing immersive ambient soundscapes with relentless riffs, driving rhythms and emotionally charged vocals, the track showcases the band's ability to create music that feels both deeply atmospheric and devastatingly intense.

Watch the video here: https://youtu.be/WhfLzi-xYdY

From its captivating atmospheric passages to its explosive outbursts of aggression, 'Liberate' thrives on contrast. Layers of cinematic ambience build an almost hypnotic tension before erupting into thunderous guitars, commanding screams and hard-hitting breakdowns. The constant interplay between vulnerability and sheer force gives the song a powerful dynamic, allowing moments of reflection to collide with overwhelming intensity.

Lyrically, 'Liberate' explores the desire to break free from everything that holds us back. Confronting fear, hypocrisy and the pressures of the world around us, the song transforms frustration into a fierce declaration of independence. Rather than simply seeking an escape, it embraces confrontation, turning anger and inner turmoil into a cathartic release.

With their distinctive approach to modern metal, Ice Sealed Eyes continue to push the boundaries between atmosphere and aggression. Their sound combines the emotional depth of contemporary metalcore with immersive electronic textures and uncompromising heaviness, creating a musical identity that is as captivating as it is powerful.

'Liberate' stands as another compelling example of the band's evolving artistry. Dark, immersive and unapologetically heavy, the single captures Ice Sealed Eyes at their most emotionally charged, proving that their greatest strength lies in making beauty and brutality coexist.

The Brussels-based quartet have been steadily establishing themselves as one of Belgium's most exciting emerging heavy acts. Following the release of their ambitious debut album ALTAR in 2024, which brought together their conceptual EP trilogy Torments, Fragments and Laments, the band have accumulated millions of streams worldwide and expanded their reach far beyond their home country.

Their growing reputation has also translated into impressive live achievements. Having toured extensively throughout Europe and the UK, Ice Sealed Eyes have shared stages with acclaimed acts including Resolve, Amenra, Brutus and Unprocessed. Highlights include a standout appearance at Euroblast Festival and supporting Falling In Reverse at major French venues such as LDLC Arena and Zénith Toulouse in 2025. In 2026, the band continued their momentum with the Spring Equinox Tour alongside Wheel and Stoned Jesus, further strengthening their position in the European heavy music scene.

Now part of the Arising Empire roster, Ice Sealed Eyes are entering an exciting new chapter, combining their growing international recognition with an increasingly ambitious musical vision. With 'Liberate', they once again demonstrate why they are a name to watch in modern metal, delivering a track that is equally haunting, emotional and uncompromisingly heavy.

REVNOIR unleash emotional new single 'Far From Home' featuring REEBZ

French rising stars REVNOIR continue their remarkable ascent with the release of their brand-new single 'Far From Home', featuring UK vocalist REEBZ. The track marks the fourth single taken from their highly anticipated debut album, Sometimes I Feel You, Sometimes I Don't, set for release on 27th November 2026, via Arising Empire.

Watch the video here: https://youtu.be/hU-6puARYb4

Pre-order the album here: https://arisingempire.com/revnoir

Blending haunting atmospheres, soaring melodies and crushing heaviness, 'Far From Home' showcases REVNOIR at their most vulnerable and emotionally compelling. The song explores the unsettling feeling of dissociation, portraying a ghostlike presence caught between the desire to protect loved ones and the fear of causing them harm simply by remaining close. Driven by the unmistakable vocal chemistry between frontman Maxime Rodriguez Medallo and rising UK artist REEBZ, the track unfolds into a powerful and deeply personal duet that balances fragility with explosive intensity.

The collaboration feels particularly meaningful, as both artists have followed and supported each other's musical journeys since the earliest days of REVNOIR. Having attracted significant attention throughout recent months, REEBZ brings a distinctive vocal presence that perfectly complements the band's atmospheric and hard-hitting sound. Together, they deliver one of the most intimate and captivating moments on the upcoming album, highlighting the artistic connection and mutual respect behind the collaboration.

Since emerging in September 2023 after nearly two years of development behind the scenes, REVNOIR have rapidly established themselves as one of the most exciting newcomers in the modern rock and metal landscape. Their unique combination of cinematic soundscapes, electronic elements, infectious melodies and uncompromising heaviness has helped them build an increasingly dedicated following and gain recognition far beyond their home country of France.

We Came As Romans release 'where did you go? O' feat. Headwreck

We Came As Romans have released 'where did you go? O', a reimagined version of the track from their 2025 album All Is Beautiful… Because We're Doomed, now in collaboration with Headwreck.

Speaking on the collaboration, We Came As Romans vocalist Dave Stephens shares:

“We became friends with Headwreck while touring together in Australia, and we’ve been fans of their music for a while now. What we appreciate about them is their approach to making music and the sense of fun that comes through in everything they do. There’s a great personality to their sound and the way they carry themselves both on and off stage, which made them a perfect fit for ‘where did you go.’ We were excited to hear their take on the song and give them room to bring that part of themselves to it.”

Within CIRCULARITY, four brand new songs explore the space between death and rebirth. 'WHEN EVERYTHING IS STILL', 'DEAD SILENT' featuring Make Them Suffer, 'BORN FROM NOTHING' and 'SPEAK TO EXIST' now appear at the front of the tracklist, forming the passage between the closing 'BECAUSE WE’RE DOOMED' and 'ALL IS BEAUTIFUL…' within the original album’s circular structure. Each collaborator on the six reimagined tracks was invited to rework the song in question, taking the collection far beyond the usual ‘guest features’. The result is a collection of companion songs to the originals that feature a brand-new chorus on 'b2tm O' courtesy of Bury Tomorrow and flamenco guitar on 'culture wound O' which has also now been recorded completely in Spanish, following Dave Stephens becoming fluent so he could communicate with his wife’s Colombian family.

Across its new passage and reimagined collaborations, ALL IS BEAUTIFUL… BECAUSE WE'RE DOOMED: CIRCULARITY creates a further phase in album’s cycle that the listener must travel through. Death creates stillness. Stillness creates clarity. Clarity creates choice. From that choice, life becomes possible again.

About We Came As Romans:

We Came As Romans continue to progress at lightspeed, maintaining their place at the forefront of heavy music and culture. Their music brings crushing, groove-driven catharsis, spacey electronics and arena-sized singalongs into constant collision, moving between metalcore, metal, alternative and rock without losing the emotional force at its centre.

The Michigan-born five-piece, Dave Stephens, Joshua Moore, Lou Cotton, Andy Glass and David Puckett, first broke through with Tracing Back Roots in 2013. The album cracked the Billboard 200 Top 10 and reached No. 1 on both the Independent Albums and Top Hard Rock Albums charts. Their self-titled 2015 album followed, debuting at No. 11 on the Billboard 200 and cementing their status as modern metalcore royalty.

Following the tragic loss of original vocalist Kyle Pavone in 2018, the band continued to honour his legacy with 2022’s Darkbloom. Kerrang! awarded the album four out of five stars, calling it “a carrier for a knot of emotion, and a tribute to their friend.” It featured 'Black Hole' featuring Caleb Shomo, which has surpassed 102 million Spotify streams, and 'Daggers' featuring Zero 9:36, which has exceeded 32 million. Loudwire and Consequence were among the outlets to praise the album for its emotional range, sonic heft and unapologetic vulnerability.

With ALL IS BEAUTIFUL… BECAUSE WE'RE DOOMED: CIRCULARITY, We Came As Romans expand the life, death and rebirth cycle at the heart of their 2025 album ALL IS BEAUTIFUL… BECAUSE WE'RE DOOMED. Four new songs appear at the front of the tracklist, exploring the afterlife between death and reincarnation before the original album begins. Six existing tracks have also been rebuilt with Currents, After The Burial, HEAVENSGATE, Rory Rodriguez of Dayseeker, Ladrones, Headwreck and Bury Tomorrow, bringing collaboration and transformation into the structure of the project itself.

tAKiDA release new single 'Tale of four broken men'

Swedish rockers tAKiDA reveal a more confrontational side of their sound with their new single 'Tale of four broken men'. The track is the next preview of their upcoming studio album Numbers, out 8th January, 2027, via Napalm Records.

The lyrics set the tone with themes of frustration, disappointment, and ignorance colliding with unrestrained rage. Broken souls, cold ashes, and the feeling of being trapped in a repeating cycle all feed into the song’s sense of mounting tension. The line “Rage, I will use it on stage” turns the stage into an outlet – a place where inner turmoil becomes explosive energy. Following the emotional intimacy of previous single 'In your bed', 'Tale of four broken men' offers another glimpse into the emotional range of Numbers.

tAKIDA comment on 'Tale of four broken men': “When disappointment/anger takes over for a minute and words are not enough. You lose all perception of reality for a short time because the disappointment between old friends is too much to bear. You wish bad things to happen and hate becomes your biggest enemy.”

tAKIDA comment on the new album: “Numbers is an album filled with rage and darkness but there’s also love and a bit of hopefulness in it. Sometimes that’s all we need. Because when those two worlds collide something scary but fascinating happen. How will your day and night be like? However, we had the best of times making it.”

With Numbers, tAKiDA enter the next chapter of their impressive career. Since forming in 1999, they have established themselves as one of the most successful rock bands in their home country, with seven platinum singles, five platinum albums and five #1 albums to their name. Having long since reached arena level in Sweden, the band’s international success continues to grow. Their popularity is also steadily expanding in Germany, where their 2024 album The Agony Flame reached #8 on the German album charts – their highest chart position in the country to date.

In January 2027, tAKiDA will bring their “Section 7 Tour” to Germany, Austria and Switzerland for a total of 16 shows. Continuing their steady rise into bigger and bigger venues, the band is already playing arenas in their native Sweden. Ad Infinitum will join as special guests.
